State laws require Directory Verification completed by providers for Network compliance on a quarterly, biannually, or annual basis. Review the list below to see if the state you practice in is on the list. We mail out reminders regularly to maintain compliance.
For CMS, quarterly directory verification is required for Medicare Advantage. You can complete documentation online for CMS at connectiondental.com. If you are not able to log into the portal, fax 816.257.3239 or email back CDNvalidation@geha.com.
