Features of the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system

The Connection Dental Network has automated features to make verifying your provider information quick and easy. You access the following through our IVR system after following the requested phone prompts:

  • Fee schedule fax back
  • Location effective date
  • Initial application status

The IVR system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Call 800.505.8880 and follow the provider validation prompt.

GEHA Code of Ethical Business Conduct

As part of our GEHA Compliance Program, all contracted entities that perform administrative or health care services must review the GEHA Code of Ethical Business Conduct. This review is mandatory and must be completed when the partnership with GEHA starts and annually thereafter. Please visit our website at connectiondental.com and select Resource Center. Under Resource Links, select GEHA Code of Ethical Business Conduct and read the documents. No other action is needed.

Rewards Program

For all in-network providers there are some great discounts available to you from a variety of companies. Simply go to connectiondental.com, click on Benefits of Joining, and click on Rewards Program to view all the Rewards Program discounts that are available.

Peak Health joins GEHA Connection Dental Network

We would like to welcome Peak Health who will access the GEHA Connection Dental Network through an agreement with Paramount Dental effective 1/1/2024. The GEHA Connection Dental Payor list can be located at connectiondental.com under the Resource Center/Connection Dental Network Payor list tab.
Peak Health provides Medicare Advantage members access to our West Virginia network. No action is required by your office at this time.
