New features added to the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) phone system
You can now access the following through our IVR system after following the requested phone prompts: Fee schedule fax back, Initial application status, Location effective date and Post Call Survey. When you are finished with your phone call, please take the time to stay on the line for a brief survey. The IVR system is available for use 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, by calling 800.505.8880 and following the provider validation prompts.
