Did you know there are other enhancements on connectiondental.com to assist you in addition to the compliance requirements? These features were put in place to make it easier for you to work with GEHA Connection Dental Network. You can access your fee schedule, manage your participating locations by adding or terming a location, update your provider information including any languages spoken or office hours for your location, etc. This helps ensure our directory is current when a member searches for a provider. 2025 GEHA Connection Dental Network Fee Schedules
The 2025 GEHA Connection Dental Network Fee Schedules are now available. You can access your fee schedule via the IVR by fax, on connectiondental.com by logging into your provider portal, or you can call 800.505.8880, select option 3 and request a fax back or email from one of our representatives.
2025 New Benefits for GEHA members
New: FEDVIP Plan Coverage
FEDVIP plan will now include coverage for two additional codes:
• D2991 • D6089
Update: Standard Option Plan will include:
• A $75 deductible per person for out-of-network services under Class A, B, and C.

Medicare Advantage Enrollment: An Expanding Opportunity
Since 2010, Medicare Advantage enrollment has more than doubled, and this growth is expected to only continue. Nearly all Medicare Advantage plans offered to beneficiaries now include an option for dental coverage. By partnering with these plans, your practice can benefit from the growing number of patients seeking dental coverage through Medicare Advantage.
Important note: It’s always best practice to contact the payer directly to verify benefits and confirm your participation via your GEHA Connection Dental Network fee schedules before seeing the patient.

Instructions for Accessing your Monthly Payor List:
To review the latest Payor List, please follow the steps below to log into your Provider Portal on the GEHA Connection Dental Network website.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
- Go to the Connection Dental website: connectiondental.com.
- Log in to your account. If you do not have an account, click on “Register” and complete the registration process. If You Have Registered but Did Not Enter Your CDN Contact ID Number.
- Navigate to “Manage Account.”
- Select “Profile Information.”
- Enter your “CDN Contact ID” (if you need your CDN Contact ID, please call the support number provided below).
- Click “Submit.”
Your dashboard should display. If it does not, click “Manage Account” again to refresh.
Step 2: Access the Payor List
- Once logged in, click on “Network Information.”
- In the drop-down menu, select “Connection Dental Network Payor List.”
- The Payor List will be downloaded to your device. If you prefer not to log in, you can request a copy of the latest Payor List by calling 800.505.8880, then select option 3.
